Welcome to IACES Local Committee Karlsruhe e.V.
We are the Local Committee Karlsruhe of the International Association of Civil Engineering Students (IACES). Since 1989, IACES has been connecting civil engineering students around the world and building strong ties between students and professionals.
Our goal is to prepare students for an exciting future in civil engineering through excursions, international projects, and competitions. With our regular events, we want to bring theory and practice together and create a strong sense of community.

On May 20, we visited the Stadthalle Karlsruhe construction site together with SSP AG. We got exciting insights into planning, sustainability, fire protection, structural design, and acoustics.
