LC Karlsruhe meets LC Mexico

What do you do when you can't travel and can't meet anyone? Of course, an online LC meets LC!
On December 12, we met up with the Local Committee from Mexico - digitally, of course. While it was already dark here, our Mexican friends had only just got up. A fun "evening" of presentations, games and conversations followed, during which we all got to know each other better. In addition to civil engineering-specific program items, we also played Monday painters, tested our knowledge in quizzes and laughed heartily about stereotypes.
After a varied four hours, the meeting was over and we were very pleasantly surprised at how well everything worked. Without Corona, this meeting would probably never have taken place. In this sense, the pandemic had something good after all.
