Lyon

In December 2022, LC Lyon hosted its first international event and immediately set the bar very high. Three students from Karlsruhe took part.
During the week, the hosts from Lyon offered their guests a great program of construction site tours, sightseeing, museum visits, workshops and company presentations. There was also the obligatory campus tour. On a boat tour on the Rhône, the students were able to enjoy the city with cheese and wine. The more than 25 international guests were able to sample all facets of French cuisine - IACES has rarely had such good food!
On the penultimate evening, the “Fete des Lumières” was on the program. During this event, the city is transformed into a huge light show, which attracts numerous visitors to the city every year.
The farewell dinner with the motto “All white” was the successful conclusion to a great event and we are already looking forward to the next invitation from Lyon!
